Introducing the Style My Holidays Annual VIP Membership:

$75 until December 31 | $125 starting January 1st

Starting in 2024, we will have a new policy in place, which this new VIP Membership will help cover - please read below:

We are so grateful for all of you and helping us launch our 4th year of being in business! We truly appreciate all of you as we introduce some new changes this year designed to help protect each of you!

The amount of reservation change requests were record breaking this year!! And though it seems super easy to just send us an email or instagram DM requesting to change a time if you see it open on our website, there are multiple steps on the backend that our team has to take to fulfill these requests and keep everything organized.

Also, reservations are in real time, so by the time we see your email, sometimes the time slot has already been taken. We understand that booking in advance sometimes you don't know your schedule, especially with sports schedules being released last minute, or unexpected sickness arises - as a small business, we really try to be understanding and accommodating, but unfortunately that grace has been taken advantage of by some, hence this new policy in place.

With sickness we cannot provide refunds but are happy to transfer your photo session credit to a future date under our new membership.

Moving forward for all of our 2024 Pop-Ups, there will be no exceptions for complimentary reservation change requests without applying the $25 change fee.

We have created this new annual VIP membership to purchase as an insurance policy to guarantee you the following:

• If your child is sick the day-of your reservation you may transfer that photo session credit to a future pop-up date.
• You may request a reservation date/time change once per holiday pop-up.
• Guarantees you a spot to any of our holiday pop-ups even after they have sold out. We will send you a final opportunity notice via email to sold out pop-ups.
• You will be the first to hear about pre-sales or pop-ups to get first access!

If you chose NOT to purchase the annual VIP membership, please expect the following:

• If your child is sick the day-of your reservation you will forfeit the value of your session and not be able to transfer to a new date.
• If you need to change your reservation time slot date or time, you will need to purchase the $25 change fee and then email us the new requested day and time - if it's still available.
• No opportunity to be fit in to sold out pop-ups
• No early communication to grab your preferred pop-up date and time
